Viewer Reviews Years ago while attending a Defense Management College course, the Bradley M1 vehicle was one of the case studies used to illustrate the pitfalls of bad program management. This movie depicts that case study in a very funny, but truthfully sad way. I highly recommend it for anyone that has experience with military procurement... either from the government side or the contractor side.
