Considering the fact that i had never heard of it, this was an awesome movie! i can't wait to get my hands on a copy of it This movie gave me a bad case of insomnia (which, generally, is actually a good thing) and really made me think it is brutally honest and powerful geez, i was kinda choked up by the end! Any movie that can do that to ME is a good movie! nuff said
Viewer Reviews This movie was a very good movie but I felt like there was something missing with the relationships and culture of the group of teenagers in the film. I almost felt kinda cheated out of the fact that the drug talk seemed pretty far away from reality, and the actions and atttudes of the kids seem to be played out and light-hearted. I do not like that, I like hard-core harshness and reality when it comes to depicting teenagers. Edie Falco's performance as the mother in jail was outstanding though!
