This was the night when everything fell into place. Having watched it on VHS so many times one can hope there'll soon be a release on DVD. Not many video-concerts that gives you goose pimples nowadays but this one certainly does Like a Hitchcock thriller the excitement builds up until Neil Young enters the stage. To me, the performance of "All Along The Watchtower" together with Booker T & The MG's is nothing but pure joy to watch - it must be "The greatest video song number of all times". Note Steve Cropper's reaction when Neil joins all the other artists for the final - he simply must take his hand with a big smile on his face ! Six stars out of five *Viewer Reviews* I'm shocked that this is NOT on DVD. I've viewed clips of this concert on you tube and would buy this in a heartbeat. This is a Masterpiece with great music and great artists. A piece of Rock & Roll history. Back To Top
